Job description

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented team member to join our Hollyhoque family!

This role bridges both online operations and in-store showroom management — perfect for someone who’s passionate about fashion, customer experience, and e-commerce.

What You’ll Do

E-Commerce & Product Management

• Upload new arrivals, product descriptions, and pricing on our website.
• Update stock levels and ensure product details are accurate.

Order Processing & Inventory

• Manage online orders, coordinate deliveries, and handle returns/exchanges.
• Track stock levels and liaise with suppliers for restocks.

Customer Support

• Respond to customer enquiries via email or chat.
• Provide style recommendations and assist with product issues.

Showroom Operations

• Assist walk-in customers with styling advice and purchases.
• Maintain showroom displays and overall store presentation.
• Manage stock flow between online and retail operations.

TikTok Live Support

• Assist hosts during live events (prepping products, organizing try-ons, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

• Prior retail experience is a must (you love engaging with customers!).
• Passion for fashion and an eye for styling.
• Organized, reliable, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in e-commerce operations is a bonus.

Work Schedule

• 44 hour work week, including weekends
