E-commerce Sales Executive (FMCG)

Responsibilities:

E-Commerce (90%)

• Oversee and update product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images across various e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon.

• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process of online orders, from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

• Execute e-commerce activities on digital platforms.

• Work with warehouse and transportation department to ensure smooth operations in terms of order fulfillment and order delivery.

• Address customer inquiries and issues via email and platforms, aiming to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Monitor sales, promotions, marketing, and social media programs and activities over digital platforms.

• Analyze sales data and website metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.

Admin (10%)

• Manage IT assets, including computers and printers.

• Set up and configure new user accounts, emails, and workstations.

• Liaise with IT vendor to purchase, maintain, or upgrade any IT equipment.

• Liaise with HQ on customized software programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Digital Marketing, Business, or related background.

• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.

• Attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Other Information:

• Working location: Tanjong Penjuru (company pick up bus at Jurong East MRT).

• Must be comfortable working in an industrial area.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

• Fully work in office, no work from home arrangement.

• Entitled to AWS and Performance Bonus.
