A leading company in the beauty industry is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. The role involves managing social media platforms, producing engaging content, and overseeing email and digital advertising campaigns. Candidates should possess relevant industry experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a bachelor’s degree.
Job Description & Requirements
• Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of the anesthesia and beauty salon industry.
• Arranging promotional activities and daily operations of e-commerce.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Tik Tok, Xiao Hong Shu etc.
• Produce high-quality content including blog posts, articles, videos, and graphics related to anesthesia procedures, beauty treatments, skincare, and wellness.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote services, announce promotions or discounts, and nurture customer relationships.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and creative to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
• Coordinating pre-sales initiatives and cultivating new customer acquisition channels.
• In charge of daily operation and sales including customer services/consultation.
Requirement
• Has relevant experience in the E-commerce and Anesthetic industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in social media platform and Microsoft office.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
