• Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and orders via various e-commerce platforms

• Processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Maintaining detailed records and generating reports to track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Collaborating with the wider team to implement sales strategies and improve e-commerce operations
