JOB POSITION: E-commerce & Retail Marketing Manager, SEA

ROLE OVERVIEW

FOREO is seeking a self-driven and visionary person to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our brand in the region, driving consumer engagement, and achieving ambitious growth targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years in premium beauty/tech, with expertise in KOL ecosystems, budget optimization, and turning trends into revenue (e.g., viral TikTok campaigns).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail marketing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content creation.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a resourceful, results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Omnichannel Growth Strategy

  • Platform & Budget Mastery: Define market-specific platform priorities (e.g., TikTok Shop vs. Shopee) and allocate budgets to maximize ROI, balancing buzz-building campaigns with performance-driven tactics.
  • Traffic & Conversion Leadership: Partner with sales and e-commerce teams to design campaigns that drive traffic, leveraging viral trends (e.g., "Skin Tech Challenges") and localized promotions.
  • Market Expansion: Collaborate with distributors and sales teams to enter new markets, ensuring campaigns align with local consumer insights and premium brand standards.

Brand & Product Leadership

  • KOL/PR & Social Innovation: Architect breakthrough campaigns combining nano/micro-influencers, earned media, and platform-first content (e.g., TikTok duets with dermatologists debunking IPL myths).
  • ROI-Focused Buzz: Prioritize campaigns with measurable engagement (e.g., UGC submissions, shares) and conversions, using real-time analytics to optimize spend.
  • New Product Storytelling: Position launches as "must-have" innovations (e.g., FAQ Swiss LED masks) through PR exclusives and influencer seedings.

Content Excellence & Trend Agility

  • Trend-Led Content Oversight: Curate and approve all content (KOL, social, retail collateral) to align with global brand identity while tapping into SEA trends (e.g., "glass skin" in Indonesia, "#CleanTok" in Singapore).
  • Cross-Platform Narratives: Ensure cohesive storytelling across channels, from TikTok unboxings to premium YouTube tutorials featuring celebrity estheticians.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Budget Governance: Plan, monitor, and report on campaign budgets, ensuring 80% of spend drives both brand equity and bottom-line growth.
  • Performance Analytics: Partner with analytics teams to track CAC, CTR, and sell-through rates, sharing insights with regional stakeholders.
