A leading company is seeking a Product Manager with substantial experience in B2C and B2B product management, particularly within e-commerce platforms. You will enhance digital product experiences, optimize sales performance, and manage CRM development initiatives. This role demands collaboration across marketing, operations, and development teams to drive growth and improve online sales through effective product execution strategies.
We are looking for aProduct Managerwith proven experience in bothB2C and B2B product management, specifically withine-commerce platforms(e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce) andCRM systems. This role focuses on optimizing digital product experiences, improving online sales performance, and supporting the ongoing development of our internal CRM to better serve consumer and business audiences.
As a key contributor to the product team, you’ll collaborate with marketing, operations, and development to execute strategic initiatives that elevate our digital platforms and drive growth.
Manage and enhance product listings, checkout flows, and UX across WordPress and WooCommerce.
Support go-to-market efforts including product launches, promotions, and pricing updates.
Implement customer engagement strategies to increase online conversions and digital sales.
Oversee platform performance, product updates, and inventory processes.
Collaborate on CRM system development to support evolving business requirements.
Integrate B2B functionalities like invoicing, order management, and business account structures.
Track and analyze KPIs including conversion rates, sales metrics, and customer behavior.
Conduct research on customer behavior and industry trends in both B2C and B2B segments.
Perform competitor benchmarking to support product positioning.
Leverage analytics and feedback to guide ongoing product improvements.
Align product initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
Provide regular, actionable updates to the Lead Product Manager.
Coordinate product enhancements, CRM updates, and system integrations.
5+ years in product management or digital/e-commerce roles.
Demonstrated success with B2C product strategy and user engagement.
Hands-on experience with platforms like WordPress, WooCommerce, and/or Shopify.
Familiarity with CRM systems and B2B operational flows.
Digital Platform Management:Expert in storefront optimization and conversion strategies.
CRM & B2B Understanding:Strong grasp of business workflows and CRM customization.
Analytical Thinking:Proficient with Google Analytics, A/B testing, and performance reporting tools.
Project Execution:Effective in managing timelines and cross-functional collaboration.
Tech Fluency:Comfortable with web integrations, automation tools, and system enhancements.
