We are seeking an E-commerce Platform Specialist who will take charge of managing our online presence across various e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and our official website. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, and is ready to contribute to our success by optimizing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize our presence on e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, and others).
  • Upload and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search and sales.
  • Collaborate with designers to create effective and engaging campaign materials.
  • Oversee daily order management, including processing and fulfillment.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service, handling customer inquiries and issues.
  • Monitor category performance, drive daily operations, and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Analyze sales data daily, weekly, and monthly to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Manage traffic and advertising on various platforms, optimizing for the best results.
  • Communicate with platform partners to negotiate resources and improve business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Must be proficient in managing e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
