Job summary

An ecommerce company located near Yio Chu Kang MRT in Singapore is looking for a candidate to efficiently pick and pack orders, manage inventory, and assist with marketing campaigns. The role requires accuracy and a proactive approach to operations. Working hours are Monday to Friday with a half day on weekends.

Overview

Location: Near Yio Chu Kang MRT

Working Hours

5.5 days a week: Monday to Friday 9am - 6.00pm and half day on Saturday or Sunday (9am - 1pm). Public holidays off or compensated as per company policy

Core responsibilities

• Pick & pack ecommerce orders into small parcels in a fast and accurate way.
• Process orders from ecommerce platforms and liaise with couriers for pickup of orders.
• Prepare stocks and accessories for ad-hoc marketing campaigns / events.
• Inventory update, tally and quality checks.
• Manage inbound and outbound of goods.
• Other general assistance for the operations department as assigned by the supervisor
