Responsibilities:
Oversee daily order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
Manage driver routing, delivery schedules, and logistics partner coordination to meet service level agreements (SLA).
Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock replenishments, and support stock receiving and cycle counts.
Ensure fulfillment accuracy, optimize workflow processes, and uphold product quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with hygiene and safety requirements.
Support operational updates such as planogram changes and stock audits.
Perform ad-hoc duties and assist with shift scheduling as required.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce fulfillment.
Understanding of order processing, stock management, and last-mile delivery.
Hands-on experience with dispatch coordination and basic inventory systems.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight delivery schedules.
Good leadership and communication skills to supervise a small team.
Physically fit; able to handle manual tasks when needed (e.g., stock picking, packing).
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
