We are looking for a dynamic E-Commerce & Marketplace Analyst to lead our promotional campaigns, voucher creation, and marketplace management. This role will focus on optimizing our product listings, overseeing marketplace advertising, and developing competitive offers that drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace and Website Management:Oversee prices and promotions of our e-commerce listings across various marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and optimization
  • Promotions & Vouchers:Plan, create, and manage promotions and voucher programs that align with our marketing objectives
  • Marketplace Listing Optimization:Continuously improve product listings to maximize visibility and conversion rates, leveraging marketplace analytics.
  • Marketplace Ads:Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to drive qualified traffic and sales.
  • Competitive Analysis:Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform pricing, offers, and overall marketplace strategy
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, retail and operations teams to ensure a seamless promotional strategy across channels.

Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce management, marketplace operations, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketplace strategies, SEO, and marketplace advertising
  • Excellent analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms marketplace tools (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
