We're Hiring: E-Commerce Operations Manager (Remote | US Market Focus)

Our client is looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to lead growth initiatives across online stores, influencer programs, and paid marketing channels— with a core focus on the American market .


You’ll drive end-to-end operations that fuel sales, visibility, and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Paid Advertising Management :
    Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive ROAS and scale user acquisition.
  • KOL & Influencer Partnerships :
    Build and manage relationships with U.S.-based influencers, nail artists, and content creators to amplify our brand and product launches.
  • E-shop Operations :
    Oversee daily operations of our Shopify stores, including inventory coordination, promotions, analytics, and site optimization (conversion rate, AOV, UGC integration).
What We’re Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or DTC brand operations, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or consumer lifestyle space
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English
