Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will manage campaigns, update online content, and analyze strategies to enhance performance in a digital environment. Qualifications

Job description

We are hiring!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and conceptualizing content and campaigns focused on increasing brand awareness and customer engagement across channels.
  2. Managing and executing campaigns aimed at increasing traffic and sales across e-commerce marketplaces including our own (Axquisite), Shopee, Lazada, FairPrice Online, Amazon, GrabMart, and others.
  3. Maintaining and updating the company’s website and e-commerce platforms, ensuring all content (pages, products, prices) are accurate and up-to-date.
  4. Researching, analyzing, and presenting new and innovative strategies for social content.
  5. Staying current with changes and advancements in social media, advising on new channels and approaches to adopt.
  6. Supporting the creation of artwork and content (photos and videos) for social channels.
  7. Implementing SEO and SEM strategies, researching and presenting new methods for social content execution.
  8. Responding to customer emails, inquiries, messages across social media platforms, and handling administrative tasks.
  9. Ensuring the accuracy of recorded transactions from source documents.

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably for a digital or e-business brand.
  2. Experience in e-commerce operations or similar fields is preferred.
  3. Proficiency in Canva, Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Suite is a plus.
  4. Excellent communication skills and CRM experience.
  5. Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to handle obstacles affecting workflow, capacity, or quality.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively and follow directions accurately.
  7. Strong computer skills, including MS Office, web-based systems, and social media platforms.
  8. Relevant experience is welcome.
