A leading eCommerce company in Singapore seeks an eCommerce Executive to manage online operations across platforms like Shopee and Lazada. This role entails product listing, digital marketing, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, be fluent in Mandarin and English, and possess strong operational and digital marketing skills. 1. We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on eCommerce Executive to manage our full e-commerce operations across various online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Amazon, own e-store , and more. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution—from product listing, digital marketing, campaign management, and new product development to final product launch . You will also play a key role in driving sales performance and executing the company’s e-commerce growth strategy .
2. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational capabilities , digital marketing know-how , and a genuine passion for e-commerce .

Job Requirements
A. Qualification/ Education Requirements:
A1. Diploma/Degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
A2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and market research techniques.
B. Work Experience Requirements:
B1. At least 1 -2 Years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations (preferably with multiple platforms).
B2. Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop .
C. Key Competencies/ Crucial Behavioural Requirements:
C1. Sales oriented to achieve sales target & budget. Ever hungry for business.
C2. Passion for e-commerce, tech trends, and digital innovation.
C3. Responsible, detail-oriented, self-starter, and able to work under tight deadlines.
C4 Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other custom store backends is advantageous.
C5. Strong time management, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
C6. Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
C7. Required Language: Mandarin & English, fluent in spoken and written.
D. Other Requirements (if any):
D1. Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets , Photoshop/Canva , and e-commerce back-end dashboards.
D2. Solid understanding of e-commerce analytics, marketplace algorithms, and campaign performance.
D3. Experience with live-streaming campaigns, affiliate marketing, or CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is a plus.
D4. Basic HTML, SEO, or marketplace API understanding is a bonus.
D5. Strong communication skills & a team person.
