E-Commerce Marketplace Performance Manager (SEA)

Location: Singapore

About the Role:

EHPlabs is looking for a Shopee-first performance marketing specialist to take ownership of our most important marketplace across Southeast Asia. You’ll lead all aspects of Shopee strategy, execution, and optimization, while contributing to broader marketplace efforts (Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Tmall).

This is a hands-on, results-driven role with strong growth potential in a fast-scaling global fitness brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales growth on Shopee by managing end-to-end performance marketing campaigns

  2. Optimize storefront content, SEO, listings, and promotional activities on Shopee

  3. Plan and execute major campaign events (9.9, 11.11, 12.12, etc.)

  4. Manage budgets and Shopee Ads (paid search/display) to achieve target ROAS

  5. Analyze KPIs like CVR, CTR, AOV, and identify scalable strategies

  6. Coordinate closely with Shopee account managers and platform teams

  7. Support campaigns across other marketplaces (Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) as needed

  8. Work cross-functionally with creative, logistics, and analytics teams

What We’re Looking For:

  1. 5-7+ years’ experience in e-commerce or digital performance marketing

  2. Proven track record growing brands on Shopee (required)

  3. Familiarity with Shopee Ads Manager and Seller Center tools

  4. Bonus: experience in Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, or Tmall

  5. Strong data analysis, reporting, and budget ownership skills

  6. Excellent communication and project management abilities

  7. Passion for digital commerce, health, or fitness industries
