Job description

1. Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies: This includes defining target audiences, setting goals, and outlining tactics to achieve them.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce channels: This involves overseeing website performance, social media engagement, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior: This helps identify opportunities for growth and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Budget management: Allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing spend.
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends: Continuously learning about new technologies, tools, and best practices.

2. Execution & Optimization:

  • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns: Developing engaging content and offers that resonate with the target audience.
  • SEO optimization: Improving website visibility in search engine results.
  • Content marketing: Creating and distributing valuable content to attract and engage customers.
  • Email marketing: Building and nurturing customer relationships through email campaigns.
  • Paid advertising: Managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns.
  • A/B testing: Experimenting with different approaches to optimize performance.
  • Website analysis: Monitoring website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.

3. Collaboration & Communication:

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with product, sales, customer experience, and other teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Team leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of e-commerce marketing specialists.
  • Reporting and analysis: Tracking campaign performance, providing insights, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Detailed Requirements:

  • Education:A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is expected, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. We welcome fresh graduates or new marketers also.
  • E-commerce Platform Proficiency:Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is preferred.
  • Digital Marketing Skills:SEO & SEM: Knowledge of search engine optimization and paid search advertising is preferred.
    Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing campaigns, automation, and segmentation is preferred.
    Social Media Marketing: Proficiency in social media platforms and strategies is preferred.
    Content Marketing: The ability to create and distribute engaging content that resonates with the target audience is preferred..
