Roles & Responsibilities
e-commerce platform and social media accounts Maintenance
- Set up discounts, sales, and special offers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns.
- Product Management on e-commerce platform:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat.
- e-commerce platform for Brand event planning Promotions.
Analytics:
- Monitor sales and e-commerce platform performance.
- Prepare basic reports to suggest improvements.
- Support other digital marketing campaigns when necessary.
Key Skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Proficient in Mandarin language.
- Confidence in assisting or participating in live social media events.

Requirement
