Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Marketing Account Executive to manage and grow our online retail presence. This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, and optimizing sales performance. Key Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Management: Oversee online stores on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and the company’s website.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and paid ads.
- Sales Optimization: Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.
- Content Creation: Coordinate the creation of product listings, descriptions, and visual assets to enhance customer engagement.
- Client Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze metrics such as sales, traffic, and ROI to optimize campaigns and e-commerce performance.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to align on goals and strategies.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure all campaigns and content adhere to legal and platform-specific guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, Google Analytics, and advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
