Key Responsibilities
  • E-Commerce Management: Oversee online stores on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and the company’s website.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and paid ads.
  • Sales Optimization: Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.
  • Content Creation: Coordinate the creation of product listings, descriptions, and visual assets to enhance customer engagement.
  • Client Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze metrics such as sales, traffic, and ROI to optimize campaigns and e-commerce performance.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to align on goals and strategies.
