Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce & Marketing Executive to support the daily operations and marketing activities of our growing portfolio of health and wellness brands. This role involves hands-on management of e-commerce platforms, billing, logistics coordination, campaign execution, and brand support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and continuously optimize product listings across key online marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, and RedMart to ensure accuracy, visibility, and competitiveness.

  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations including order processing, coordination with logistics for parcel drop-offs, and timely resolution of operational issues.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all e-commerce sales campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Track, compile, and tabulate monthly sales and billing reports across all platforms to ensure accurate financial reporting and performance analysis.

Marketing & Trade Marketing

  1. Support the Marketing Manager and Director in the development and execution of marketing strategies, as well as handling day-to-day marketing administrative tasks.

  2. Collaborate with the sales team to execute trade and in-store marketing initiatives, including the development of promotional materials such as wobblers, shelf talkers, and point-of-sale displays.

  3. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and provide competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.

  4. Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.

  5. Handle customer enquiries (both walk-in and online) related to brand and product information.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or marketing preferred

  • Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
