Position Summary
Samsung Singapore's E-Commerce team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an E-Commerce Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-Commerce sales, Projects, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize sales improvement, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve e-commerce fulfillment strategies to enhance speed, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead e-commerce projects, including platform integrations, automation initiatives, and process enhancements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvements in supply chain efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders including management, headquarters, and local business units, to align on overall online strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for e-commerce, ensuring efficient inventory management, demand planning, and logistics coordination.
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
- Strong ability to prepare and present management reports with actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms.
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written) to communicate with global and regional teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in preparing detailed management reports and business presentations for senior leadership.
- Experience in working with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
- Knowledge of digital supply chain technologies and automation tools.
