FeetCare is a leading Singapore-based foot health brand specializing in orthotic insoles, bunion correctors, and foot wellness solutions. Our mission is to help people walk comfortably and live pain-free through innovative products and personalized advice.

We are expanding our online presence and seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our digital sales channels across multiple platforms.

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing all FeetCare online sales platforms — including Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, and Decathlon Marketplace.

This role focuses on ensuring platform performance, maintaining accurate listings, monitoring sales data, and developing new e-commerce opportunities. The role will also support offline branding activities such as pop-ups and roadshows, as well as graphic design for e-commerce materials like posters and banners.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
  • Manage FeetCare’s online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Decathlon, and WooCommerce.
  • Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, and keywords).
  • Ensure pricing, stock availability, and promotions are consistent across platforms.
  • Handle returns and customer service (no e-commerce packaging required).
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAM) to plan and submit mega campaign deals.
  • Monitor competitor pricing across platforms to maintain competitiveness.
Market & Data Analysis
  • Monitor and analyze platform ads performance, data, and traffic, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and platform data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and emerging footcare needs to guide product development.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights to support business decisions.
Product Development
  • Identify new product opportunities based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Liaise with China suppliers to develop and source new products.
  • Coordinate sample requests, evaluate product quality, and propose improvements.
  • Monitor the entire production process—from prototype to final delivery—to ensure product quality and timely launch.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Assist with branding and marketing for new product launches, campaigns, and content planning.
  • Assist with video shooting and photography.
  • Serve as a point of communication between the company and partners.
  • Assist with ordering e-commerce essential items from Taobao, China.
Offline Branding & Outreach
  • Plan and coordinate pop-up events, roadshows, and health fairs to promote FeetCare products.
  • Work with event organizers, malls, and internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Collect customer feedback from events and recommend improvements to enhance brand engagement.
Creative & Design Support
  • Design or edit marketing materials such as banners, posters, and collaterals.
  • Ensure all visual assets are aligned with FeetCare’s brand identity and tone.
  • Liaise with printers when needed.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail, with good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with WooCommerce or Shopify backend operations preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of e-commerce analytics, marketplace operations, and online merchandising best practices.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
