About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic E-commerce Manager to lead the vision, growth and execution of Gain City’s online business across marketplaces, brand.com and social commerce platforms
Key Responsibilities
· Drive the overall e-commerce strategy and execution to achieve business KP/s such as sales revenue, traffic, ROAS, and customer satisfaction.
· Oversee account management with key platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok, including annual planning and campaign negotiations.
· Lead collaboration across marketing, sales, IT and customer service to optimize digital performance and user experience.
· Manage vendor relationships, platform contracts, and third-party solution providers.
· Track, report and analyze performance through dashboards and KPls.
· Forecast revenue and set sustainable budgets in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
· Guide and train the team through playbook development and best practices in e-commerce.
· Spearhead the enhancement of the Gain City mobile application for better UX.
· Lead the e-commerce customer service team (local and overseas)
· Stay updated on industry trends to innovate and strengthen our competitive positioning.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related field.
· At least 8 years of experience, with 5 years in e-commerce and 3 years in a managerial role.
· Strong knowledge of e-commerce channels, digital marketing, and marketplace operations.
· Experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tools like Magento, Navision, Dot Digital, and Figma.
· Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
· Omnichannel and 020 experience in direct-to-consumer business is preferred.
· Highly adaptable, proactive, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership.
