Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 + commission

Bonus: Yearly Performances Bonuses

Multi-Brand E-Commerce Manager

We're hiring a strategic, detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to boost online revenue and manage operations for multiple brands across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Multi-Brand Strategy: Leading e-commerce performance, tailoring strategies for each brand, and ensuring consistent online brand experience.

  • Platform Operations: Overseeing daily store operations, ensuring accurate listings, stock, and competitive pricing; coordinating unique listings and bundles.

  • Campaign Management: Planning/executing promotions, managing campaign submissions, deals, and platform events, plus negotiating features.

  • Performance Optimization: Monitoring brand KPIs (GMV, AOV, ROAS), using insights to optimize listings/ads, and preparing monthly reports.

  • Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams (brand, content, logistics) and managing junior staff/outsourced support.

  • Inventory & Fulfillment: Coordinating stock with logistics, forecasting demand, and planning transfers to ensure availability.

  • Brand Growth: Supporting brand development goals, including recommending new products or platform expansions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business/related field).

  • 3-5 years e-commerce operations experience, preferably multi-brand.

  • Proficient with platform tools (Lazada/Shopee Seller Center, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Ads Manager).

  • Strong data skills (Excel, Google Analytics, dashboards).

  • Excellent project management, communication, and multitasking.

  • Team/outsourced support management experience a plus.

  • Prior experience in a distributor, brand aggregator, or multi-brand retail environment a bonus.
