Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales within the electronics sector.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website functionality, user experience, and product listings.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives.
- Manage relationships with third-party e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal visibility and performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform e-commerce strategy.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Optimize product pages for search engine visibility and implement SEO best practices.
- Analyze customer behavior and recommend improvements to enhance online conversion rates.
- Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 7-10 years in e-commerce management within the electronics sector.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding e-commerce targets.
- Familiarity with electronic products and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
