Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and digital presence. This role is responsible for driving growth, enhancing user experience, and optimizing online sales performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics, with a proven track record of managing and scaling e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth.

  • Manage the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimized site performance, and strong conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and other relevant teams to improve sales, product listings, content, and website functionality.

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising to increase traffic and sales.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and strategies to enhance e-commerce operations.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Lead and manage e-commerce partnerships, marketplaces, and third-party integrations.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and e-commerce regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.

  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Experience with online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) is a plus.
