HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will lead Cartier SGMY e-boutiques via two channels: The Cartier official websites and phone sales, to reach sales budget targets and in line with service excellence standards.

You will work in close collaboration with the markets’ management to define a clear expansion strategy and explore market opportunities.

You will also be responsible for evolving the business by proposing and implementing new functions and optimizing UX, business flows and content to improve conversion.

You will also oversee and manage all aspects of the e-commerce transversal operations by working closely with key stakeholders within the Cartier and Richemont teams, including product assortments, supply chain, marketing, digital communication, CRM, IT, Finance and logistics.

WHAT ARE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • You will play an instrumental role to manage the Cartier e-Boutiques and reach sales targets
  • You will work closely with Client Relation Centre to ensure happy and satisfied online clients treated with high service standards
  • You will manage transversal integration of all aspects of eCommerce business including Product Assortment, Stock & Supply Chain, Marketing, Clients, Logistics Finance and Anti-Fraud to meet overall eCommerce objectives
  • You will optimise website traffic & conversion rate through regular review and tight partnership with Digital Comms team
  • You are integral in defining eCommerce business plan and digital roadmap, including but not limited to developing new partnership and supporting new Retail
  • You will work closely with the Central e-Business team to facilitate the implementation of markets’ digital strategy
  • You will elevate digital client experience & improve overall website usability through tight collaborations with central Digital Operations/Comms teams

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You are a digital guru with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to lead the digital commercial path and maximize online turnover
  • You have a clear passion in coming up with appropriate digital solutions, backed with at least 3 years of experience in a digital industry and good knowledge of the luxury industry in SGMY markets
  • You are results & service-oriented, assertive, rigorous, flexible and possess exceptional communication and project management skills
  • You have a strong ability to collaborate and influence people, and teams enjoy collaborating with you because of your positive mindset, pro-active and ‘can do’ attitude
  • You are comfortable working with large volumes of data and proficient in using Google Analytics 4 to derive actionable business insights
