Job description

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the Directorate.

Operation

* Lead an e-commerce team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our E-Commerce platforms

* Coordinate order processing, ensure accurate product fulfilment.

* Collaborate with marketplace’s logistics team to ensure accurate pick up and delivery of orders. Monitor and Process orders tracking and delivery status.

* Address customer inquiries, handle returns, exchanges, and refunds orders in line with company policies.

* Review product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, and prices.

* Works with marketplace’s Account’s manager to drive promotional campaign.

* Monitor and update warehouse inventory, and order stock from local supplier.

* Ensure product fulfilment and accuracy for outbound shipment of retail sales.

* Work with management to decide product range and availability.

Marketing

* Understanding and management of Lazada Sponsored Solutions and Shopee Ads is a must.

* Develop and implementation of marketing plans across multiple marketplace platforms.

* Collaborate closely with internal and external teams including design, marketing, PR, social media, to develop and implement marketplace related collaterals and plans.

* Oversee product prices and applied discounts. Conduct bi-weekly reporting and data analysis to marketplace performance, identifying areas for improvements and optimisations.

Personal

* Creating and planning work schedules of staff.

* Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs

* Any duties as assigned

Requirements

* 5 years working experience

* At least diploma qualifications

* Strong operational executions abilities

* Understanding of online marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee and TikTok

* Problem solver, with strong time and project management skills.
