Job Description

3M aspires to increase our footprint in the growing E-Commerce channel in South East Asia and are looking for a motivated, self-driven person to lead our journey. The selected candidate will be responsible for multiple countries.

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Responsible for managing E-Commerce distributor to achieve sales targets and managing a profitable business growth.
  • Responsible for distributor management to ensure the optimum level of stocks, accurate demand forecasting and ensure high customer service levels in terms of last-mile deliveries. Develop plans to help the distributor reduce excess stocks (should the need arise)
  • Working with E-Commerce distributors to develop and penetrate new and emerging platforms.
  • Develop Annual and Quarterly Sales Plans, execute monthly programs in collaboration with Marketing and Enabler team to achieve sales targets.
  • Work with Distributor and Enabler to effectively manage marketing development funds, trade spending budget to derive the highest ROI from promotions and campaigns.
  • Engage with E-Commerce enablers to monitor and drive the online store KPIs.
  • Build strong rapport with category teams on key E-Commerce platforms to garner more support.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product management teams to leverage the best resources for E-Commerce – launch new products, provide insights on price competitiveness and latest trends in ecommerce landscape.


Requirements


  • 3-4 years’ experience in distributor management (preferably in E-Commerce Channel)
  • Experience in E-Commerce industry – category management on E-Commerce platforms or E-Commerce management in leading brands (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree holder from a recognized university
  • Moderate travelling will be essential
