Job description

A leading travel retail operator is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Inventory Assistant to support online operations and inventory coordination at Changi Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily stock checks and report discrepancies.
  • Liaise with operations teams to resolve inventory issues.
  • Support cycle count and stock take validations.
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with master data checks.
  • Process online orders and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for order fulfilment.
  • Monitor online stock levels and platform availability.
  • Ensure accurate archiving of out-of-stock merchandise.
  • Respond to online customer inquiries and coordinate with service teams.
  • Track and update refund/exchange logs.
  • Collaborate with airport customer service and fulfilment partners.


Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or Retail Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in retail or travel retail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and MS Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willing to work weekends and shifts.
