Responsibilities:
- Inventory Support
- Conduct daily stock checks of products and report findings to Inventory Planner, Senior Security Specialist, and Retail Manager.
- Coordinate and follow-up with Retail Operations to resolve inventory issues that require physical checking of stocks.
- Assist the Inventory Planner in validating count results of cycle counts/stock takes (during and post).
- Maintain and update records used as references for checking and validation of items.
- Master Data
- Assist Inventory Planner with checking items or price tag issues and report promptly to the Merchandising Team.
- Liaise with Retail Operations in printing new price tags for items with correct pricing.
E-Commerce Admin
- Process online orders, including printing packing lists, delivery orders, and receipts.
- Distribute orders to packers and assist with pick and pack when required.
- Liaise between CAG and frontline staff regarding goods orders and deliveries.
- Track order fulfillment status.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing E-commerce documents.
- Assist in E-commerce inventory management, including archiving merchandise when out of stock.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure stock availability on the e-commerce platform.
Customer Care
- Handle online customers’ inquiries, feedback, and reservations.
- Maintain a strong partnership with Changi Customer Centre team & Fulfillment Centre.
- Keep track of (maintain and update) the E-commerce refund/exchange registry.
General
- Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least a diploma in Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year of E-commerce/admin related experience in retail or travel retail environment preferred.
