Job description

Overview: EuropAce, a leading provider of consumer electronics and home appliances, is seeking an E-commerce Growth Specialist to drive our online sales and enhance our digital presence. This role will focus on developing and implementing growth strategies to optimize our e-commerce platform, specifically managing and maximizing performance on our e-store and top e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute targeted e-commerce strategies aimed at boosting online sales and customer acquisition.

· Manage product listings and promotions on major platforms like Shopee and Lazada to enhance visibility and sales performance.

· Analyze web traffic and user behavior to continuously improve website performance and user experience.

· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns tailored to platform-specific audiences.

· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce growth, platform performance, and sales metrics.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis, especially within Southeast Asian e-commerce.

· Manage partnerships with third-party platforms and marketplaces to expand product reach and leverage promotional opportunities.

· Optimize product listings, ensuring SEO best practices, quality images, and compelling descriptions to increase conversion rates.

· Test and implement A/B strategies for online advertising and promotional activities across platforms.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce strategies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or growth marketing, particularly with Shopee and Lazada.

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics).

· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

· In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends and consumer behavior in the Southeast Asian market.
