About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Order Fulfilment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and packing online orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Check order details to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics providers for pickups and tracking.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock.
• Receive and inspect incoming stock shipments.
• Assist with stocktaking and warehouse organisation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the fulfilment area.
• Support customer service team on order-related queries, if needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in order fulfilment, warehousing, or e-commerce preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically fit and able to lift light to moderate weights.
• Familiar with basic computer tasks (e.g., printing labels, updating order status).
