Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist, who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, particularly in the planning and execution of E-commerce Operations, as well as leading the team to ensure smooth operations across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate E-commerce records and update inventory in the ERP system.
  2. Print Delivery Orders and packing lists multiple times daily from platforms like Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Shopify.
  3. Plan and schedule deliveries based on driver capacity and area requirements.
  4. Optimize, track and coordinate deliveries using the Fleet Management System.
  5. Support ad-hoc and cross-functional administrative tasks as assigned.
  6. Continuously improve administrative processes to boost efficiency.
  7. Provide administrative support to senior management and departments.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce support.
  3. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with inventory/order management systems.
  6. Willing to work a 5.5-day work week, including overtime on Saturdays if required.
