Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across various digital platforms, including our company website, Lazada, Shopee, and other e-commerce marketplaces. This role will focus on optimizing the user experience, executing digital marketing strategies, and driving online sales performance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and passionate about digital commerce.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the company’s website and online storefronts (Lazada, Shopee, etc.) to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute effective digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM , and social media campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Analyze customer behavior, website performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns .
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital initiatives, using data to provide actionable insights and improvements.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and timely responses to online customer queries and issues.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure continued innovation and competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing , or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing , preferably with experience managing online marketplaces.
  • Proven track record in e-commerce optimization and increasing online sales performance.
  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills .
  • Familiar with e-commerce platforms , Google Analytics , and digital marketing tools.
