A leading company in the beauty industry is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to oversee operations across e-marketplaces and their own website. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, supporting online campaigns, and collaborating closely with marketing to enhance the customer experience. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing and at least two years of relevant ecommerce management experience.
Assist with ecommerce operations across e-marketplaces and brand.com, inclusive but not limited to inventory management, and customer service
Monitor, analyze, and report on ecommerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic trends.
Support sales growth by working with both internal and external partners to plan and execute seamless online campaigns to achieve key performance metrics
Work closely with the marketing team on e-merchandising, and content to deliver excellent customer experience online
Conduct competitor research and analysis within the ecommerce industry to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities
Support the implementation of new ecommerce initiative, working cross functionally to coordinate resources to support online channel development
To support in any other ad hoc tasks as required
Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or other related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce management
Experience/strong understanding of beauty industry would be ideal
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Extremely detail orientated with strong sense of work prioritization
Flexible and able to deal with ambiguity
Able to work effectively in teams and independently
