We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to drive sales and manage online operations within the 3C industry across platforms like Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada. The role focuses on managing sales strategies, enhancing customer experience, executing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. You will also support livestreaming initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:
• Implement sales strategies to optimize product listings and drive revenue on Shopee, TikTok and Lazada
• Monitor performance metrics and run promotions to enhance visibility and sales.
• Identify growth opportunities through platform partnerships and strategic initiatives.

Customer Experience & Fulfillment:

• Provide quality customer service through the platform.
• Ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction through smooth processing, delivery, and returns.
• Support the development and execution of customer retention programs.

Support Digital Marketing Campaigns:
• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Monitor and track the performance of campaigns, working with the marketing team to optimize them for higher conversion rates and ROI.

Marketing:
• Assist in managing the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal user experience and conversion rates.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and track performance to optimize results.

Social Media & Content:
• Coordinate social media content and campaigns to boost brand visibility and traffic.
• Analyze and report on social media engagement and content effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide insights and support strategy improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on sales data, customer trends, campaign outcomes, website traffic, and conversion metrics to track e-commerce performance.

Livestreaming & Content Engagement:
• Assist in planning livestreaming sessions to promote products and engage customers.
• Track livestream performance and work with the team to optimize future sessions.

Competitor & Market Research:
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and new strategies.
• Assist with market research to stay ahead of the competition and adapt e-commerce strategies accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, inventory, customer service) to execute e-commerce and marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of e-commerce operations and infrastructure.

Qualifications:
• Education: Diploma in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada).
• Experience in data analysis, online advertising, SEO, digital marketing, and social media management.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and manage cross-functional tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle tight deadlines.
