SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Executive / Assistant Manager to join Groupe SEB (TEFAL/WMF) in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work across various aspects of e-commerce, with a primary focus on online pure players and brand.com. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance and executing growth strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase market share and sales performance.
Plan and manage end-to-end execution of online campaigns, including new brand launches, thematic campaigns, and Brand Day.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing insights to enhance competitive positioning.
Drive partnerships and negotiate with online retailers to improve brand visibility through banners and thematic campaigns.
Manage trade spend within allocated limits and ensure KPIs are met.
Manage relationship with Enabler:
Develop and align business plans and channel strategies to achieve KPIs.
Ensure adequate resources are allocated to support business growth.
Lead and guide the Enabler team, conducting monthly reviews to track sales performance.
Manage inventory levels effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of managing successful online campaigns.
Strong understanding of online sales concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in Excel and experience working with data analytics.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
