Job Description

1. Experience managing Shopee & Lazada Seller Centers.

2. Process orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery.

3. Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally. Manage customer feedback, reviews, and complaints effectively.

4. Cooperate with the expansion of the business of the headquarters in Singapore’s Shopee and Lazada platform.

5. Collaborate with the headquarters in Singapore to expand online sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with the operation of Singapore's e-commerce platforms and understand their current status. Able to communicate effectively with platform managers, understand product needs, and address customer questions.
  • Assist the headquarters in preparing and uploading product listings, including content, for various e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Facebook, etc., in Singapore.
  • Maintain and ensure all product information such as pricing and inventory are up-to-date and available for sale.
  • Respond to e-commerce customer inquiries and concerns via web chat, phone, and email.
  • Manage customer comments and reviews on social media platforms.
  • Work closely with department heads to plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Consolidate sales performance data from each platform for reporting and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an E-commerce Executive/Assistant in Shopee or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or those without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Highly proactive with positive energy.
  • Attitude of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Singaporean only.
