Overview:

Haven Lifestyle is a bed and bath company with a presence in Singapore and Malaysia. The brands we have include Horgen, Grand Atelier, DKNY and more. We are actively involved in the local retail scene as well as e-commerce related activities and are currently looking for an E-commerce executive to join our Singapore team.

We have a design team that will help support the creation of graphics for online listing, and so your key responsibilities are purely as follows:

Key Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for Ecommerce platforms

  • Manage and Administer Ecommerce platforms

  • Manage and execute listings on these platforms, and ensure accuracy of stock levels

  • Ensure our store meets the requirements and KPIs of the Ecommmerce platforms

  • Be highly responsive to customer queries via the various Ecommerce channels

  • Pick and pack products and prepare them for pick up by third party logistics

  • Ensure that products are dispatched in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Extremely sales motivated

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must

  • Be able to communicate with customers in a timely and friendly manner

  • At least 1 year of work experience, preferably e-commerce related.

Renumeration:

  • Basic + Commission

  • Year end Bonus
