Looking for E-commerce Executive

  • Min. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a similar discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in E-commerce management, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Experience in digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Knowledge of web design and development is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in project management is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Platform Management - Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless functionality and a positive user experience.
  • Sales Optimization - Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, including product placement, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Product Listing - Create and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
  • Data Analysis - Monitor and analyze website performance, sales data, etc.
  • Marketing Coordination - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising.
  • Inventory Management - Ensure proper stock levels and an efficient order fulfillment process.
  • Customer Service - Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development - Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners to drive business growth.
