Looking for E-commerce Executive
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a similar discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in E-commerce management, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Experience in digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools
- Knowledge of web design and development is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in project management is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Platform Management - Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless functionality and a positive user experience.
- Sales Optimization - Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, including product placement, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Product Listing - Create and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
- Data Analysis - Monitor and analyze website performance, sales data, etc.
- Marketing Coordination - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising.
- Inventory Management - Ensure proper stock levels and an efficient order fulfillment process.
- Customer Service - Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development - Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners to drive business growth.
