About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and is passionate about optimizing product performance, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue through e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon)

• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional content

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities

• Execute promotional campaigns and collaborate on digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales

• Ensure product pages are optimized for SEO and user experience

• Stay informed on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform updates

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail management

Skills & Competencies

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace dashboards

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation

• Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and customer journey optimization

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
