Fenix Outdoor International is an international group focused on products for outdoor activities. FENIX manages a wide range of well-known brands like Fjällräven, Hanwag, Tierra, Royal Robbins & Devold. Fenix Outdoor Asia Pacific is the regional head office managing all sales and marketing activities for Asia Pacific.

Position summary

We are looking for an experienced, data-driven E-commerce Executive to lead and grow our online sales channel. This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing user experience, and driving online revenue growth.

What you will do

• Oversee all aspects of the regional brand website, ensuring it runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness to drive traffic, conversion, and overall business growth.

• Manage customer enquiries, platform messages, and provide after-sales support for online orders.

• Coordinate product listing and manage product forecasting to support timely pre-order placements.

• Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operation and logistics, to ensure a cohesive and streamlined e-commerce experience.

• To support in any other ad hoc tasks as required

Who you are

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce.

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platform (Shopify) and digital marketing strategies.

• Fluent in English, and 1 more language.

• Pro-active and self-driven with the ability to collaborate and work as part of a team & independently as needed.
