Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise innovative marketing ideas and translate them into impactful campaigns for implementation in retail stores that promotes awareness for our brands and drive customer engagement.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, strategizing and budgeting for events and campaigns throughout the year.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to management, effectively communicating marketing strategies and seeking approval for proposed initiatives.
  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with external vendors, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives and maximizing value from partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as designers and content creators, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring maximum brand exposure and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital advertising and proficiency in utilising platforms such as Google, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Strong creative thinking and conceptualisation skills, with a keen eye for innovative marketing ideas.
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of delivering engaging pitches and effectively communicating marketing strategies to management.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to plan ahead of time, manage budgets, handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Ability to delegate work and monitor team's work progress, ensuring tasks are properly executed
  • Ability to solve problems, make decisions and offer suggestions or solutions
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team
