About the role

Shaksters Marketing Pte Ltd is seeking an E-Commerce Executive/Assistant to join our team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial role in assisting with both sales and operational tasks. It requires a hands-on, flexible individual who is eager to contribute to various aspects of the business, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Based in Ang Mo Kio, North-East Region, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory, pricing, and platform campaign submission

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries via online chat and WhatsApp messages

  • Assist with daily order processing, including picking and packing

  • Liaise closely with the marketplace platforms PIC to resolve platform issues, if any

  • Monitor competitor prices and promotions to ensure our price competitiveness

  • Work closely with internal team members to ensure price harmony across all our marketplace platforms while developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost and drive sales growth

  • Work closely with vendors on stock replenishment and incoming stock deliveries

  • Conduct a quarterly stock take

  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and related duties assigned by management

Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least an “O” Level or Diploma in any related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL, is a must. Knowledge of Photoshop or basic video editing skills is considered a plus.

  • Required language(s): English, Chinese - to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates

  • Keen on learning E-Comm or experience with Lazada, Shopee, Amazon and Shopify (or equivalent) is preferred.

  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on various tasks as needed

  • Knowledge about Social Media Marketing and Advertising will be an added advantage
