Job description

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness

Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects

Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements

Monitor progress and submit performance reports

Working with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction

Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Overseeing social media marketing strategies and content marketing

Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently

Experience in marketing and running a marketing team

Excellent leadership and organizing skills

Strong ability to work independently and focus on achieving high performance

Ability to handle pressure and effectively resolve complaints and issues

Possess Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Willingness to work overtime on weekends or PH when necessary
