The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, a degree in Marketing or Business, and hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and social media management. Job Description:
Drive revenue growth, optimizing user experience, and managing our digital marketing and creative teams.
Manage social media platforms by working closely with internal and external stakeholders
Executive EDM campaigns using tools likeKlaviyo or Mailchimp (segmentation, flows, automation, A/B testing).
Plan and manage influencer partnerships and paid social media campaigns.
Oversee marketing collaterals/visuals (graphics, video editing, photography), captions, and formats ensuring adherence to organization guidelines
Track performance, engagement, and impact of social media on site traffic and conversions.
Oversee the design, development, maintenance, and security of the e-commerce site.
Work with developers to implement updates, new features, and perform regular audits.
Define e-commerce goals and KPIs; develop strategies to meet them.
Manage e-commerce budget, forecast revenue, monitor margins, and ROI.
Track performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and internal dashboards and perform routine reporting.
Oversee product listings, pricing updates, stock availability, and site merchandising.
Coordinate order fulfilment, customer service workflows, and operational troubleshooting.
Ensure seamless integration across inventory, logistics, and payment gateways.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess performance, report findings, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Possess 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2C or DTC brands.
Hands-on experience withe-commerce platforms,email marketing tools, andsocial media management tools.
Experience withShopify, Google tools,Meta Business Suite is advantageous
