We are innovating new ways to connect with customers both online and offline. As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are seeking a driven and talented Social Media Content Creator to join our team and play a key role in crafting engaging content that amplifies our brand and drives sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of eCommerce platforms (i.e., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon) to oversee products, optimize user experience, and drive online sales growth.
- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form video content suitable for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Xiao Hong Shu.
- Identify relevant social media trends and creatively adapt them to align with our brand values and messaging.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, scripts, and content calendars that support campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to inform strategy and optimise future content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Manage and update content schedules to ensure timely delivery and publication across all social platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and execute future live-streaming sessions to demonstrate products, engage audiences, and convert viewers into customers.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when required or shoot live streams and support to other team members or talent featured in content.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and passion for content creation are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in video shooting and editing; experience with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) is advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required, in order to effectively engage with diverse audiences and produce culturally relevant content.
- Familiarity with all major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu,
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- A team player who is proactive, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience managing content calendars and collaborating with other creators or stakeholders will be an added advantage.
