E-Commerce cum Marcom Specialist – Shape the Future of Our Digital Brand!

Are you passionate about digital sales and storytelling? We’re looking for a hands-on, creative E-Commerce cum Marcom Specialist to manage our end-to-end e-commerce operations while also driving marketing communications across digital channels. If you enjoy building online stores and building brand love — this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Operations & Fulfilment

  • Oversee daily operations across online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Manage product listings, pricing, orders, inventory coordination, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.

2. Platform & Vendor Management

  • Work closely with platform account managers to join campaigns and optimize visibility.
  • Manage vendor relationships including digital agencies, delivery partners, and service providers.
  • Ensure all activities meet platform policies and service standards.

3. Product Listings & Visual Content

  • Ensure listings are accurate, SEO-friendly, and visually appealing.
  • Liaise with content creators, designers, and photographers for banners and visuals.
  • Maintain consistent product content across all digital touchpoints.

4. Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan and execute mega sales campaigns (9.9, 11.11, etc.) with strong call-to-action messaging.
  • Collaborate on paid advertising (Shopee/Lazada Ads, Google, Meta) and track ROI.
  • Lead campaign submissions and make sure we’re featured prominently.

5. Website Management

  • Set up, update, and maintain the company’s official website (e.g. Shopify, WordPress).
  • Ensure timely updates of banners, promotions, product pages, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Align site content with ongoing campaigns, seasonal launches, and brand messaging.

6. Customer Engagement & CRM

  • Support email and messaging campaigns using tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, WhatsApp.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across platforms to maintain high service ratings.
  • Design retention initiatives to improve loyalty and repeat purchases.

7. Brand Messaging & Content Strategy

  • Craft clear, compelling messaging aligned with brand tone across all digital channels.
  • Support the development of taglines, product descriptions, social captions, and promotional copy.

Work closely with designers and content teams to ensure cohesive brand presentation.

8. Social Media & Influencer Collaboration

  • Contribute to the content calendar with campaign angles, trending hooks, and creative ideas.
  • Coordinate livestream activities, influencer tie-ups, and user-generated content.
  • Track performance of marcom activities and suggest optimizations.

9. Corporate Communication & PR Support

  • Assist with internal and external brand communications (e.g., event writeups, newsletters).
  • Create basic marketing collaterals or liaise with vendors for brochure, banner or packaging design needs.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels: website, platforms, social media, and offline promotions.

10. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance metrics (e.g. traffic, conversion, AOV, CTR).
  • Prepare monthly reports and present actionable insights to improve results.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A great multitasker with a mix of creativity, commercial sense, and digital skills.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Experience with alcohol, FMCG, or apparel industry is a plus
  • Familiar with Shopee/Lazada backend, Shopify/WordPress, Meta/Google Ads
  • Able to speak and write in both English and Chinese (to liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers from China)
