Job description

E-Commerce & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations

  • Oversee daily tasks on the company’s online store, including order management, subscription tracking, and basic backend edits.
  • Support customers with products enquiries and information
  • Coordinate across customer support, operations, and logistics teams.
  • Maintain and update product pages, ensuring accurate content and listings.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, product trials, and event prep.
  • Coordinate internal tastings and compile feedback for monthly product curation.
  • Manage customer enquiries professionally across email and social platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram).
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and order-related questions.

Admin Supports

  • Involve in the preparation and processing of invoices and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfilment.
  • Verify and reconcile documents, invoices, and stock records for accuracy before submission or filing.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and support collections as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with internal teams and customers.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock recording and tracking in the system.
  • Generate and provide reports on invoices, payments, and inventory levels, offering regular updates to management.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and cross-departmental support as required to ensure smooth operational flow.

Requirement

  • Min. Diploma in Marketing / E-Commerce / Business Administrate or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in managing E-Commerce marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
  • Effective time management skills and excellent analytical skill. Able to multi-task and work independently with high level of motivation
