Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is looking for an E-commerce Assistant Manager to oversee online campaigns in Bedok. This role involves managing promotions, livestreams, email marketing, pricing coordination and inventory planning.

You will analyze customer behavior, oversee marketplaces, collaborate with agencies and vendors, and provide copywriting support while tracking key metrics to improve conversions and revenue.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online sales or digital marketing.
• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or online retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage online campaigns across channels (promotions, flash sales, livestreams, email marketing).
• Monitor campaigns and review performance after launch.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, product catalogues, and inventory.
• Analyse online shopping behaviour and provide insights to support engagement and development.
• Manage online marketplaces and oversee customer journey across platforms.
• Work with agencies and vendors to develop compliant campaign materials.
• Provide copywriting support for marketing materials.
• Track e-commerce metrics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion, AOV) and identify improvements.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, returns and customer enquiries.
