We are looking for an E-Business Manager responsible for leading and executing digital sales strategies across various online platforms. This role involves driving revenue growth, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring seamless operations.

A day in the life of an E-Business Manager

  • Strategic Planning & Business Growth - Identify, develop, and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to drive sales, market share, and profitability.
  • Platform & Marketplace Management - Oversee end-to-end operations across e-commerce platforms.
  • Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition - Drive traffic and conversions through SEO, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
  • Customer Experience & Retention - Enhance UX/UI of the e-commerce website/app for better engagement.
  • Supply Chain & Operations - Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting - Generate reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration - Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, SCM, Finance, CDT) and mentor team members.
